Expression of Interest

Volunteer Corps Nepal (VCN) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified local organizations to establish a nationwide consortium network, with at least one partner from each of Nepal’s 77 districts. 

Under this initiative, VCN will serve as the lead organization, providing strategic direction and technical support, while selected local partners will lead field-level implementation, including community mobilization and coordination with local governments and stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria:
Interested organizations should have an operational presence in the respective district headquarters, an annual turnover below NPR 50 lakhs, and a young, committed, and collaborative leadership team. Strong local credibility and established community linkages are essential, along with a willingness to work under a consortium model led by VCN.

Partnership Framework
Selected partners will enter into a formal MoU with VCN, outlining clear roles and responsibilities. The partnership will include a resource-sharing approach, where both parties contribute available human, technical, and logistical resources, and a joint coordination mechanism with defined accountability and reporting systems.
